Shipping Information

With the following exceptions, we ship to most areas within the contiguous continental United States:

We do not knowingly ship seeds, root stock / rhizomes, live plants or saplings to any state or region under agricultural quarantine, or that might consider the species in question to be invasive. It is the buyer's obligation, however, to know and understand the importation laws of the area in which they reside. No refunds will be made for any items confiscated due to such restrictions.

We do not ship plants outside of the United States or to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. 

All live plants, root stock / rhizomes and saplings are grown in and shipped with Peat Moss and/or Coconut Coir as a medium. We do not ship soil. 

With shipping live plants, timing is everything. If you live in a colder climate, it is your obligation to ensure that the low temperatures in your area are within reasonable range to ensure that your plant arrives healthy. We do not grant refunds or replacements based on damages or death caused due to environmental factors that could have been prevented by the purchaser.
